if you ask me they should make it so when u beat the game on every level you get a super bonus song and its somthing gay like the south park theme and then no one could beat it because there’s thousands of notes no star power all jammed from beginning to end and it has nothing to do with the actual guitar line.

i love how people are still posting what songs they want in GH3 - the game is made already so stop doing it.
and yea, it would be awesome if everyone got what songs they wanted on there..but you have to keep in mind that the point of the game isnt to play songs you want to hear..its to play songs that are technical and songs that people have said over the many years “man i wish i could play that”. im a big slipknot fan, and i can truly say that wait and bleed would be absolutely boring to play on GH3 or any guitar hero game for that matter. how bout up in the sky by joe satriani? or arppeggios from hell by yngwie malmsteen? forsaken by as i lay dying would be cool. but all those songs are technical as hell and thats why they should be in there, if ever.

the second afi along w/ the flyleaf songs will come with a guitar hero soundtrack you have to go out and buy 2 days after the release of the game. it comes w/ codes for 3 songs, so it isnt realy coming with 2 afi songs, but rather offering it as a dlc

I hate emo rock. And whatever happened to Jimi Hendrix? Can GH3 just not get his songs? THATS what the definition of music is. I still don’t understand why they put # of the beast in there. Although the solo’s awesome, why not put in hallowed be thy name or wasted years? Sorry- I’m more of the classic rock dude…

For the fans it truley is unfortunate but it is part of what makes their music so legendary.
Just imagine it though, stairway to heaven, OMG.
They could come out with a double guitar contorller mimicking the one Jimmy Page used during those historic concerts.

Radiju, I’m pretty sure I could beat Stairway, and obviously I’d prefer AC/DC (who aren’t really all that bad, although I don’t care for them :P) or Zeppelin to Linkin Park and Breaking Benjamin. That goes without saying. I’d just prefer GH to have more interesting, obscure songs as opposed to classics that wouldn’t be as fun to play.
AC/DC will be amazing im a big fan. Any song will get the gamer going. It may be a little to late but for sure on any future Guitar Hero games.
