I keep asking this question over and over and it is yet to be answered… will the guitars from Rock Band work for guitar hero 3? I want to know because I love the guitars for Rock Band a lot more than the guitars for GH3.(no offense) I have GH2 anyway so my xplorer will work while I wait for an answer to that question…

yes rock band guitars will work on guitar hero 3 BUT they will not fully work due to sound FX switch and lower fret buttons but will be a basic guitar where u can still play and guitar hero 3 controller will work on rock band also and as far as the date of the release for GH 3 i reserved it and it comes out Oct. 28 and if u dont belive me go to ign.com and type it in in the search bar Your #1 GH fan Jason

guitar hero 3 can’t come out october 28th or october 21st because neither those days are tuesdays and stuff only comes out on tuesdays. My guess is its gonna be out october 23rd, becuase its a tuesday the only tuesday between sunday the 28th and sunday the 21st.
